1.有時人為的疏忽可能會導致?lián)Q橡皮布時襯墊紙壓力測量不準確，這種情況對于印刷一般活件影響并不大，但大平網(wǎng)活件很“嬌氣”，任何一點調(diào)節(jié)不當都會直接反映在印品上。為此，我們更換新的襯墊紙后重新開機印刷，但印品墨色不勻現(xiàn)象依然存在，故此種原因排除。

1. Sometimes, human negligence may lead to inaccurate measurement of backing paper pressure when changing blanket. This situation has little impact on the printing of general live parts, but the large flat screen live parts are "delicate", and any improper adjustment will be directly reflected on the printing. Therefore, we started printing again after replacing the new backing paper, but the uneven ink color of the printed matter still exists, so this reason is ruled out.

2.仔細觀察紙張后發(fā)現(xiàn)紙張靠身部位的布紋比靠外的粗糙，布紋涂布不勻，當以45°視角側(cè)面觀察時，涂布不勻現(xiàn)象十分明顯，于是將紙張掉頭后印刷，發(fā)現(xiàn)墨色不均部位轉(zhuǎn)移到另一側(cè)。由此可以判斷產(chǎn)生印品墨色不勻現(xiàn)象的主要原因是紙張布紋涂布不勻，于是聯(lián)系材料科更換紙張后，墨色不勻現(xiàn)象立即消失。

2. After carefully observing the paper, it is found that the cloth grain of the body part of the paper is coarser than that of the outside, and the cloth grain coating is uneven. When viewed from the side from a 45 ° angle of view, the uneven coating phenomenon is very obvious, so the paper is turned around and printed, and it is found that the uneven ink color is transferred to the other side. Therefore, it can be judged that the main reason for the ink unevenness of printed products is the uneven coating of paper fabric. Therefore, after contacting the material department to replace the paper, the ink unevenness disappears immediately.

3.橡皮布使用時間過長易發(fā)生老化現(xiàn)象，或者因一些部位長時間被壓致使橡皮布壓力不勻，都有可能導致印品出現(xiàn)墨色不勻現(xiàn)象。于是，我們更換了一塊新橡皮布后重新開機印刷，但故障仍然存在，故此種原因排除。

3. If the blanket is used for a long time, it is prone to aging, or some parts are pressed for a long time, resulting in uneven pressure of the blanket, which may lead to uneven ink color of the printed products. Therefore, we replaced a new blanket and started printing again, but the fault still exists, so this reason is eliminated.

以上就是印刷品墨色不均勻的原因，另外印前設備大部分是由的電氣元件和集成電路組成，對溫度和濕度特別敏感，過高和過低的溫度與濕度都會影響設備的使用壽命。溫度太高會影響設備散熱，溫度太低又有可能造成設備長時間預熱，影響使用。
